Kevin Steeds, Non Executive Chairman
Kevin is currently Executive Chairman of Cello Group plc, which he co-founded and subsequently floated on AIM. Cello currently employs over 450 professionals in market research, direct marketing/database management and brand advisory and consulting.
Kevin qualified as a chartered accountant in 1982 with Arthur Young. Kevin started his career in the marketing services industry with Addison Consultancy Group before becoming a founding director and shareholder of Citigate Group. As Group Finance Director and Company Secretary, Kevin played an integral part in Citigate's development from a start-up in 1988 via a reversal into Incepta Group plc, into an international marketing and communications group employing over 2,000 staff in 50 offices worldwide. He relinquished the role of Group Finance Director in 1999 and became responsible for the group's UK public relations, design, branding and research divisions. He left Incepta in 2001.
From 2002 to 2004, Kevin was non-executive chairman of Media Square plc, where he oversaw a major turnaround of the business during which time the market capitalisation increased from £2 million to £25 million. He stepped down from Media Square in June 2004.
Kevin Huang, Chief Executive Officer
Kevin led the management buyout of the DoubleClick Media Hong Kong business, and has since built the Group into a highly profitable and fast growing business. Prior to establishing Pixel Media, Kevin served as the Director of Network Development and Advertising Sales at DoubleClick Media Hong Kong. Kevin is a member of the Asia Digital Marketing Association, a Malaysian citizen, holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Pace University, New York.
Belinda Montes, Chief Financial Officer
Belinda is responsible for the finance and administration functions of the Group. Previously, Belinda was the Regional Finance Director of DoubleClick Media Hong Kong, and before this she managed the finance department for Time Life Asia. Belinda is a Certified Public Accountant in Hong Kong and in the Philippines and she holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from University of the East, Manila and a Master of Arts degree from City University, Hong Kong.
Winky Chan, Chief Operating Officer
Winky is responsible for advertising sales, operations and business development for the Group's Hong Kong operations. Prior to joining Pixel Media, Winky served as the Sales Director at DoubleClick Media Hong Kong, and Advertising Sales Director at Real Media Ltd. Winky has strong experience in advertising media sales and she has served at various publishing firms including Hong Kong Economic Times, Global Sources and Action Asia. Winky holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences from the University of Hong Kong.
Douglas Khoo, Non Executive Director
Douglas has been involved in both the interactive and traditional advertising and marketing communications business for 20 years. Most recently, Douglas co-founded Qunar.com, a travel based search engine catering for the Chinese market. Douglas is also a co-founder and investor in a range of online marketing service firms. Prior to these activities, Douglas was a co-founder and non-executive director of Shawei.com, which was acquired by Tom.com. Douglas has also had a number of senior management positions during a significant number of years career with the WPP group. Douglas is a founding board member of the Asia Digital Marketing Association.
Teh Kim Seng, Non Executive Director
Kim Seng is Chairman of Netrove Ventures group of companies, an Asian boutique corporate finance advisory and venture capital firm, which he founded in 1999.
Prior to founding Netrove Ventures, Kim Seng was Chief Operating Officer and partner of an Asian regional investment firm based in Hong Kong. wHe is also a non-executive director of Flextech Holdings Limited, a company listed on the Main Board of the Singapore Stock Exchange and sits on the advisory board of Softlead Inc, a Nasdaq-listed technology company. Kim Seng graduated from Leeds University, England with LL.B. (Hons) and Queens' College, University of Cambridge with LL.M. (Hons).
